Jesus spoke to them, saying…
“All authority in heaven and on the earth has been given to Me. Therefore having gone, disciple all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things, whatever I commanded you. And behold, I am with you all the days, until the completion of the age.” (emphasis added)

Pastor Steve Francis is the Senior Pastor at Mountaintop Christian Fellowship. Steve is married to Sue. Together, they minister to the body of Christ at Mountaintop. Steve has a varied background. He served in law enforcement for nearly 28 years before retiring to step into the ministry full-time. He has served as a men’s pastor and associate pastor, before taking the senior pastor position at Mountaintop.
Because of his earlier position as men’s pastor, he believes in the importance of drawing men deeper into relationship with Jesus so that they may better lead their families.
A primary goal of each Every Man Arizona event is to challenge Christian men to have a deeper walk with Jesus.
Jacks interest in Men‘s Ministry began years ago after attending one of the first Promise Keepers conferences and studying under Ed Cole‘s Men‘s Ministry. This influence caused him to to re–focus his life from a corporate sales/marketing career to “fathering” his three sons and one daughter. Currently one son is CEO/Founder of Hope Ventures, another is a hospice minister, the youngest is a real estate investor. Originally, as “father and son”, they are lifelong best friends and “fishing buddies.” He also adopted a baby daughter during his corporate management days and now she is a very successful banker here in Prescott.
In 2003, Jack moved from California to Prescott and continued his real estate business working as an Associate Broker with West USA Realty. He has been honored to receive three prestigious awards: Circle of Excellence, President’s Circle Award, and the NAR Emeritus Award. He also maintains his California Brokers License.
In recent years, Jack has devoted more time to his wife of 58 years, children, community and church ministry. He has served as deacon and elder at his local church and, also, as a member of the County Senior Peer Program. He is also one of the founding members of Every Man Arizona.
Jack‘s goal for Every Man Arizona is to inspire men to identify and develop Christian character. That character should be modeled after Christ and the word of God. Every Man Arizona is also a channel for men to meet and interact with other men to mature their faith, serve their community and most of all grow to be a Christlike model in their family.
Bruce Morgan grew-up and raised his family in Southern California. He is a graduate of Pomona College (Claremont). From 1977-78 he attended Talbot Theological Seminary, the graduate school for Biola University, pursuing “Practical Theology” in the Master of Divinity program. Bruce has three amazing kids. In 2002, Bruce married Teri who already had three exceptional kids of her own. Together, they enjoy watching six adults, spouses and eight phenomenally talented grandkids.
For 35-years he worked in targeted marketing. He created multi-channel, marketing databases and developed analytic solutions for clients in the financial, travel, retail, non-profit, education and hi-tech sectors. Now in retirement, Bruce and Teri, his wife, manage a progressive, ranch-based, horse boarding alternative, in Prescott Valley, called OnTrack Natural Horse Retirement.
Despite a “tabled” career in ministry (1978), Bruce served in leadership with multiple churches in assorted capacities: Christian education, youth ministry, Board Elder/Missions Director (Lutheran Church) and Board Elder/Worship Ministry and Tech Development (Presbyterian Church).
Christian men face unparalleled challenges and secular scrutiny today. Men need role models and “coaches” who, with mature character, step-up to show “the Way”. God willing, EMAZ will give men opportunities to relate to one other and a vision to apply their biblical knowledge to lead wives, children and peers.
